* Experience working with a Supplemental Instruction Program as a SI Leader or Mentor.
* Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training and workshops.
* Experience developing and delivering online learning and training.
* Experience as a “lead” or mentor employee, assisting with scheduling, training, and hiring.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and the Canvas Learning Management System.
* Knowledge of learning support services, such as mentoring, tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, or in-class facilitation.
* Ability to develop and deliver training workshops.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to work with complex and detailed information.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain sound organizational practices.
* Ability to work with SI Coordinator and CAS Leadership to accomplish short- and long-term goals.
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and the Canvas Learning Management System.
* Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of CSN students, faculty, staff, and administration.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to make decisions and take actions independently for a variety of diverse situations.
