* A minimum of two years’ experience administering and troubleshooting library software products in a library setting.

* Proficiency in reference interview techniques.

* Ability to monitor developments in library discovery systems and related emerging technologies, relevant standards, and their implementations at peer institutions to ensure the library remains innovative and responsive to evolving discovery and integrated library systems and practices.
* Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Library Science (MLS/MLIS).
* Minimum two years’ experience coordinating library digital systems, including but not limited to Alma/Primo, Drupal, EZ Proxy, Springshare, or equivalent discovery platforms and web/content management systems.
* Professional experience troubleshooting technical issues with library digital systems.
* Demonstrated experience evaluating and training on new or upgraded library technologies.
* Related experience in an academic library.
* Current Ex Libris Alma & Primo VE Administration Certification.
* Demonstrated experience in assessing, selecting, and maintaining collections aligned with institutional and user needs.
* Demonstrated cross-cultural competence and pedagogical commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Experience successfully completing projects and/or tasks in a team-based environment.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated interest in utilizing assessment to improve library services at an individual and programmatic level.
* Experience with the challenges and opportunities related to usability and interface accessibility for a diverse user population.
* Ability to develop written policies, detailed procedures, workflows, and related documentation.
* Ability to research, investigate, and evaluate systems, hardware, software, and applications and make informed recommendations to administrators.
* Ability to work effectively and collegially with a diverse population of colleagues and stakeholders, whether serving as a team leader or member.
* Skill in collaborating and communicating with colleagues of varying levels of expertise.
