- Running dull training sessions—focus on dynamic, interactive, high‑impact professional development.
Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort enjoys school, progresses at twice the standard rate, and acquires essential life skills.
Basic Requirements- Based in or willing to relocate to an Alpha campus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning & development, coaching, or related fields.
- Track record designing and executing innovative educational programs or training solutions.
- Leadership and coaching experience managing high‑performing teams.
- Experience working with young people (ages 5‑18).
- Competence in data analysis and using metrics to drive improvement.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Working with usThis is a full‑time, long‑term position (40 hours per week). It requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Compensation: $100 USD/hour, weekly payment. The role is immediately available.
