• Coaching and developing Guides to deliver Alpha's workshop programming with exceptional quality.
• Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks documenting facilitation best practices and engaging learning experiences.
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to enhance learner participation and outcomes.
• Coaching a select group of students, demonstrating advanced mentoring and motivational techniques.

• Creating traditional lesson plans—Guides support student learning through adaptive technology.
• Compromising on expectations—maintaining a 100% success standard.
• Running dull training sessions—focus on dynamic, interactive, high‑impact professional development.

Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort enjoys school, progresses at twice the standard rate, and acquires essential life skills.

• Based in or willing to relocate to an Alpha campus.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning & development, coaching, or related fields.
• Track record designing and executing innovative educational programs or training solutions.
• Leadership and coaching experience managing high‑performing teams.
• Experience working with young people (ages 5‑18).
• Competence in data analysis and using metrics to drive improvement.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education, harnessing AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential. Students master core academics in just two hours a day, freeing time for passion‑driven learning and real‑world preparation.

This is a full‑time, long‑term position (40 hours per week). It requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Compensation: $100 USD/hour, weekly payment. The role is immediately available.
