Looking for a part-time job that’s fun, active, and rewarding?

We’re looking for enthusiastic people to lead small-group tennis activities for children ages 3–9. Our classes focus on basic hand‑eye‑racket coordination, movement, fun, and confidence-building.

No tennis skills needed— we’ll provide complete training, equipment, and lesson plans.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead fun, age-appropriate tennis games and drills for groups of up to 13 children.
• Travel to one school at a time to coach a single class.
• Set up, organize, and pack away gear for each session.
• Create a safe, positive environment where all kids feel encouraged.
• Stay in touch with parents, teachers, and program coordinators.
• Keep equipment in top condition.

Requirements:

• Love for child development and physical activity.
• Reliable car and willingness to travel.
• Strong people skills and a high energy, friendly, & patient attitude.
• Availability for weekday shifts (9am, 10am, 2pm, and/or 3pm).
• Background check and TB test will be required during the onboarding process.
• CPR/First Aid preferred, not required.
• $30/hour starting pay, with an additional $5/hour increase after completing a 60‑day probationary period.
• Part‑time flexibility with predictable stability — set your preferred weekly hours and keep the same class schedule and sites week to week.
• No lesson planning or prep work.

Schedule

• Part‑time: 2–10 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, at local schools
