As a Mechanical Engineer at Medicreations, you will spearhead the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems for our state-of-the-art medical devices. You will collaborate with a diverse team of electrical engineers, software developers, and product managers to transform innovative concepts into reality.

• Design and develop cutting-edge mechanical systems and components for Medicreations' laser medical devices.
• Perform detailed engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics simulations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate mechanical designs with electrical and software elements.
• Prototype, test, and validate mechanical designs to ensure they meet rigorous performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including CAD models, drawings, and specifications.
• Support manufacturing teams by transitioning designs into production, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing designs.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
• Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and best practices to keep our products at the cutting edge of innovation.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and development, ideally in medical device, healthcare, or high-tech industries.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD, Creo) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Strong grasp of material properties, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques.
• Proven experience with prototyping, testing, and validating mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, CE Marking).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
