We’re searching for a Field Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for cutting-edge display systems in Las Vegas. This position is onsite and pays $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Deliver technical support for LED monitors, touchscreens, and embedded systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and firmware issues onsite and remotely.
- Communicate with customers to ensure smooth operations and product performance.
- Assist with product validation and feedback for new product introductions.
- Maintain accurate service logs and technical documentation.
- Train customer technicians and internal teams on best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
- Basic understanding of display monitor architecture
- Experience with installation or troubleshooting of electronic devices
- Bilingual proficiency with English and Korean is preferred but not required.
