RS&H is seeking an experienced Senior Airfield Electrical Engineer to join our Aviation Practice in Las Vegas. Our projects span airports across the U.S. and abroad, reaching hundreds of millions of dollars in construction value. We focus on innovative design, technical excellence, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to complete client satisfaction.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will develop engineering solutions for airfield projects, leading the preparation of design drawings for airfield lighting systems, FAA navigational aid systems, and communication systems. You will coordinate with other engineers to develop specifications, reports, and cost estimates. You will also have the opportunity to lead and deliver projects of varying sizes and complexity, establish and maintain client contact, and assist the team in winning new work.

• Lead the preparation of design drawings for airfield lighting, navigation, and communication systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and assist in business development activities.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering design and consulting experience in the aviation industry.
• Experience working with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Registered PE license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Some travel may be required.

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Salary: $145,000 – $165,000 (commensurate with experience)
