Overview
Join Network Runners, Inc. as an Instrumentation Technician I to support the 59th Test and Evaluation Squadron (TES) Flight Test Data Center (FTDC) at Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, Nevada. This full‑time position requires an Active Top‑Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a high‑school diploma or equivalent plus two years of general aircraft maintenance experience.
Duties & Responsibilities- Plan, develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain one‑of‑a‑kind airborne instrumentation systems for F‑15E, F‑16, F‑22, and F‑35 aircraft.
- Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and verification for video recording, digital data recording, and weapon function monitoring systems.
- Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, PLC programmers, spectrum analyzers, and power supplies to evaluate and upgrade instrumentation systems before, during, and after operational missions.
- Coordinate instrumentation requirements and schedules between the Operations division and Aircraft Maintenance Unit to ensure mission readiness.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and specifications of complete electronic systems.
- Lead technical teams and support personnel in modifying and integrating new electronic devices for test and evaluation missions.
- Support modification, movement, and storage of instrumentation systems and conduct system functional checks and cockpit integrity checks.
- Plan, analyze, and monitor test data to ensure instrumentation compatibility and operational dependability.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus two (2) years of general aircraft maintenance experience.
- Active Top‑Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
