Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior leader and visionary Power/Energy Systems Architect with deep product and application expertise, specifically within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments. This role is pivotal in developing cutting‑edge power and energy solutions for our data center clients, focusing on advanced battery energy storage systems, integrated energy generation solutions, and critical balance of plant (BOP) subsystems. The ideal candidate will possess profound familiarity with the intricate electrical systems, power delivery networks, and evolving energy infrastructure of modern data center operations.

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute engineering strategies for power and energy systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Lead the implementation of technical solutions for complex projects involving multiple domains.
- Architectural Definition: Lead the architectural definition and evolution of complex power delivery networks (PDNs) for data centers, including current industry standards (e.g., 400V AC/DC) and emerging architectures (e.g., 800V AC/DC, high‑voltage rack power distribution).
- Project Oversight: Oversee the design for various applications across multiple projects, including energy efficiency, power supply and distribution, and power load analysis.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, serving as the primary customer contact.
- Strategic Deployment: Lead the deployment of strategic technologies/programs and coordinate global deployment efforts, managing relationships with key vendors and partners.
