Environmental Field Technician

The Converse Consultants Las Vegas, NV office is seeking a highly organized and positive person for the position of Environmental Field Technician.

Full time or part time position with 90% of the time working outdoors in winter and summer weather. It requires attention to detail and conscientious work with the ability to be efficient and solve problems. Mechanical ability preferred.

• 1 year of relevant environmental related experience
• Ability to perform field work requiring physical exertion
• Construction oversight experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certified (preferred).
• Groundwater, soil, and vapor sampling experience
• Nevada Project Monitor license for asbestos, preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
