About the Position About Nemo Power ToolsWe're looking for a visionary with an exploratory mind and a passion for problem solving, who enjoys pushing boundaries in fast-paced startup environments and has hands-on experience with 3D CAD design and functional prototyping.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Founder and CTO in design processes that meet quality, performance, and cost objectives
- Conduct research, development, prototyping, and product testing
- Perform tolerance stack-ups and system analysis
- Solve technical problems and implement corrective actions
- Define user requirements and develop job-site scenario tests
A visionary thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Hands-on experience with 3D CAD design and functional prototyping is essential.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of professional mechanical design experience
- Prototype building and product teardown expertise
- GD&T and tolerance stack-up proficiency
- 2D/3D CAD software expertise
- Project management and leadership capabilities; electro-mechanical or power tool experience a plus
