Lead Engineer, Engineering Design & Technologists, Environmental Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to oversee and guide our engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of innovative architectural panels and steel products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to develop product specifications and engineering solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring that all engineering drawings and specifications are accurate and compliant with industry standards.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance processes throughout the engineering and production phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field);
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in engineering design and project management, particularly in the architectural or construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in engineering software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
