Position OverviewWe are seeking an On-Call Assistant Stage Manager to support the Artistic team in various capacities. The role involves assisting with rehearsals, training sessions, safety procedures, and backstage management.
Responsibilities- Support Artists and Artistic Staff
- Serve as liaison between Artistic and Technical Staff
- Assist with integrating new Artists into production
- Enforce production rules, policies, and procedures
- Assist in safety procedures and emergency measures
- Manage rehearsals, training sessions, and backstage areas
- Call technical cues and prepare show lineups
- Maintain show records and assist with scheduling and archival recordings
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Stage Manager
- College Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of relevant industry experience
- Multicultural and tour experience are assets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Legal right to work in the United States
