Overview

Senior Product Manager, Global Games Product Management — We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our content roadmap and collaborate closely with our creative studios, driving the growth of our Class 3 business line. This role will work with the Class 3 Commercial Gaming Ops product team to define a 12–18 month strategy for the product portfolio, guiding products from concept through execution and eventual decommission.

You will serve as both a problem solver and a skilled negotiator, partnering with creative teams and business units to ensure our content roadmap remains the best in the industry. With high insight into senior leadership, this position will involve aligning cross-functional teams, leading priorities, and securing the features and timelines needed to deliver world-class products.

• Drive our content roadmap and partner with our creative studio
• Develop the content roadmap for our Gaming Ops business
• Support the development of our Game Sales content roadmaps
• Collaborate with creative teams and business units to ensure the Gaming Ops content roadmap is best in the industry
• Be the expert on all things game-related and communicate a vision on product strategy to different audiences
• Partner with internal teams to negotiate features and timelines to ensure best-in-class products
• Coordinate the Aristocrat Games portfolio and its strategic objectives
• Supervise the content roadmap for Aristocrat’s Gaming Ops portfolio
• Partner with studios to tackle problems and gaps in the market
• Build requirements and ensure all games meet strategic goals
• Solve problems daily to help get the best games to market
• Undertake research and build insights on the market to inform development teams
• Communicate critical information to different audiences
• Prioritize new feature development and balance multiple projects
• Think long-term (2 years or longer) and plan accordingly
• Understand technical language and simplify it for different audiences
• Make data-backed decisions quickly
• Travel domestically to understand different markets for the product line

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with experience in slots highly preferred
• Demonstrate initiative and self-starter attitude
• Curiosity about slots and the gaming industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Experience in understanding and presenting product vision
• Ability to understand and interpret different technical requirements
• Ability to wear multiple hats and work with creative and business teams
• Team player capable of working in collaborative environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
