Play Digital is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in the iGaming industry. In this role you will create, organize, and maintain comprehensive documentation for our digital slot machine games and related products. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure all product information—such as user guides, online help systems, and technical specifications—is accurate, clear, and accessible.

• Create and refine player‑facing documentation, including user guides, online help, and product specifications for marketing and operations.
• Ensure accuracy and relevance of documentation by aligning with product updates and enhancements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with developers, producers, mathematicians, QA, compliance, and other stakeholders to capture new features and procedures.
• Review and enhance existing materials to improve clarity, completeness, and user experience.
• Maintain and expand internal knowledge bases to support effective cross‑team communication and collaboration.
• Independently manage multiple documentation projects, conducting expert interviews and delivering high‑quality outputs across global teams and time zones.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Mad Cap Flare, Git, HTML, CSS, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer‑service mindset.

• Skilled in research‑driven, process‑oriented writing, with the ability to quickly absorb and apply complex information.
• Experience in gaming or gambling industries is a plus, along with a strong foundation in math and critical thinking.
• Familiar with content management systems and documentation tools, with sound decision‑making skills in dynamic environments.

Base pay range is $55,177 to $156,700 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything is above board.
