Position Summary

We are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our Visual Development Team. The artist will be responsible for creating and animating high-quality 2D game assets and VFX, as well as conceptualizing game visuals. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with other artists and programmers.

Primary

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Create sketches and ideations quickly for communicating concepts
  • Conceptualize game visuals from layout, UI, logos, characters, and objects across various levels and styles.
  • Create and animate high-quality 2D game assets and VFX.
  • Deliver assets in a timely manner to meet production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other artists and programmers collectively and effectively.
Requirements Experience and

Education:
  • Design/Fine Arts/Visual Arts Degree (Associates or Bachelors).
  • 3+ years of work experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates examples of industry-standard artwork.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Experience with After Effects and VFX animation.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, form, function, composition, and detail when creating sketches and final assets.
  • Strong design, problem‑solving, and quick‑thinking skills.
  • Strong team‑oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Open to constructive critique and continual learning.
Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge or experience with Unity 3D game engine (Animating, importing, etc.).
  • Gaming or casino‑related knowledge or background.
  • Experience with 3D software (Blender, 3

    Ds Max, etc.).
  • Experience with UV and texturing (Substance Painter, Quixel, etc.).
