Responsibilities- Coordinate workload within the department or act as department lead as needed.
- Maintain, configure for orders, check-in and repair the company’s equipment resources in the warehouse; complete configuration, preparation, repair and return of equipment within the specified time frame.
- Accurately scan equipment barcodes and enter quantity count data into the system during check-out/check-in to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure equipment quality meets company guidelines and standards of performance.
- Complete Company paperwork as required.
- Restock equipment according to depot standards.
- Participate in loading and unloading equipment from delivery vehicles.
- Participate in set-up, operation and break-down of client shows and events (e.g., corporate events, trade shows, exhibits, concerts, theatrical productions).
- Perform all levels of work from level II; perform related duties as required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in lighting, video, rigging, and/or logistics.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; trade show, technical school, or post‑high school training may substitute for experience.
- Strong customer service and self-management abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of technical operation and maintenance of relevant electronic equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of workplace safety principles.
- Understanding of equipment within the department and how it integrates with the entire show.
- Proven troubleshooting ability; quick problem identification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn PRG proprietary software.
- Knowledge of safe motor vehicle operation and current licensing appropriate to the vehicles operated (clean driving record or not applicable).
- Customer service orientation; tact and professionalism.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
