**** THE JOB:
** The Casino Porter at Bellagio is responsible for providing excellent guest service and maintaining a safe, friendly environment for both employees and guests. This role ensures assigned casino and public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
** THE STARTING RATE:** $21.6134 hourly
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Sweep, vacuum, and remove debris, scuff marks, and spills from floors, chairs, and assigned areas, including biohazard cleanup.
* Clean and dust slot machines, slot chairs, woodwork, ashtrays, and trash receptacles; return equipment and furniture to proper positions.
* Replenish supplies and ensure all equipment is accounted for; report malfunctioning items.
* Provide excellent guest service, addressing challenges promptly and creatively.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout assigned casino and public areas.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
* Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms required
* Six (6) months of previous experience as a porter or in a comparable cleaning/janitorial position within a casino or public areas preferred
