Job Description:

The Dealer will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Maintaining the utmost professional demeanor, language and attire while dealing the game with proficiency and accuracy.
• Providing exemplary service and experience in all interactions with our guests whether on the game or otherwise.
• Creating a fun & memorable gaming experience.
• Understanding and appreciating customer preferences, while adhering to department policies and procedures.
• Creating an open and inviting environment that will entice guests to join the game.
• Maintain the integrity of the games at all times while protecting company assets.

Job Focus:

Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

• Always exhibiting a positive and professional attitude with all team members and guests.
• Protect the assets of the company to ensure maximum profitability.
• Dealing a good paced game that adjusts with the players to ensure maximum player enjoyment and game efficiency.
• Accurately dealing the games to ensure game integrity.

Desired Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of dealing experience in Craps
• Game skill sets must be kept up to date and you must be able to deal those games when assigned.
• Must have exceptional guest service skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with guests, fellow team members, and management.
• A valid Nevada Gaming License is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
