Slot Attendant Part Time (Flamingo LV)

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Slot Attendant for our Flamingo casino. The role involves quickly and accurately performing fills and jackpots, minor repairs, and providing friendly, courteous service to guests.

The Slot Attendant is responsible for performing fills and jackpots on machines, minor repairs, and walking the casino floor to assist customers with a fun, high‑energy environment.

• Patrol assigned sections to surprise and delight guests.
• Respond to customer service requests (slot dispatch, slot candle lights, radio, hand‑paid jackpots).
• Maintain cleanliness, security, and proper maintenance of slot areas.
• Communicate slot floor functions and provide accurate support.
• Apply Service Recovery to resolve guest complaints with urgency.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

• One‑year previous slot floor‑person experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to mentally add, subtract, and multiply large amounts of money quickly and accurately.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Willingness to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must present a well‑groomed appearance.
• Gaming license required (NV).

• Stand and walk continuously during the shift (typically 7 hrs).
• Lift up to 20‑100 lbs, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist as needed.
• Tolerance of smoke, high noise, bright lights, dust, and stressful situations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
