Event Sales Manager

Role Description The Event Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for driving event revenue across multiple venues within the José Andrés Group . In this role, the manager will prospect and qualify leads, conduct venue tours, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close event sales for private and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Strong event-focused skills, including Event Planning, Event Management, and experience coordinating Private Events.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and account management.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, present proposals, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in hospitality, events, or venue management, ideally within a high-volume or destination market.
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV, with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and peak event periods as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort handling multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, event management software, and standard office productivity tools.
• Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
