** THE JOB:
** The Conversion Lead is at the center of the action—driving seamless, high-impact venue transformations between events while ensuring every transition is executed with precision, speed, and zero room for error.
** THE STARTING RATE:**  $24.00 / Per Hour    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey  dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.
* Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events  Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations
* Perform administrative duties related to event productions
* Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be 21 years or older
* 2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.
* High School Diploma required
* Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
