Target Range: $21.00/Hr. – $27.00/Hr.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Axos Bank is seeking an individual within Deposit Operations, responsible for a variety of regular and recurring deposit operational and electronic banking functions to support overall bank deposit operations.

• Respond to various operational issues of moderate complexity for internal and/or external customers.
• Research and complete Service Cloud cases within the rotational unit; follow up with customers for resolution as needed.
• Perform routine to moderately complex operational assignments requiring intermediary knowledge of bank and department procedures, rules and regulations pertaining to banking operations.
• Complete daily tasks such as wire processing, stop payments, exception processing, mobile deposit review, etc.

• HS Diploma
• 4–5 years of relevant experience
