Selby Jennings is partnering with a boutique Investment Bank/Private Equity firm headquartered in Las Vegas, specializing in middle‑market transactions with a strong focus on real estate, gaming, and hospitality sectors. They offer a unique platform providing hands‑on exposure to capital markets, M&A, and private equity through their affiliated fund.

They are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions and gain significant client exposure.

• Support senior bankers in executing M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Build and maintain financial models, perform valuation analyses, and prepare client presentations.
• Conduct industry and company research to support deal origination and execution.
• Participate in due diligence and coordinate with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in managing relationships with investors and strategic partners.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or real estate lending (strong Analysts considered).
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Ties to Las Vegas (family, partner, prior residency, etc.) or strong affinity for the region.
• Interest in gaming, real estate, and middle‑market transactions.
