Summary:
The Wire Transfer Specialist will deliver high quality customer service and perform daily processing of incoming and outgoing wire transfers in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. The Wire Transfer Specialist will conduct all aspects of wire transfer activity effectively and accurately, including verifications, initiating wires, processing, and releasing wires and monitoring wire status queues. The Wire Transfer Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring for potential fraud or suspicious activity.
Effective analysis of wire information to accurately execute payments to correspondent banks, analysis of online information, and resolution of customer issues. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and departmental policy changes.
