Overview

Senior Trust Officer to help launch and build a trust services practice for a well-established financial services firm specializing in custodial and trust solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned trust professional who enjoys operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and influencing both client experience and infrastructure.

• Base salary: $115,000–$140,000
• Incentive compensation tied to performance

• Serve as primary relationship manager for trust clients
• Act as trust subject matter expert in prospective client meetings
• Administer directed irrevocable trusts, including distributions and reviews
• Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, investment managers, and advisors
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, Nevada trust law, and regulations
• Oversee trust accounting, billing, and tax reporting coordination
• Develop policies, procedures, and scalable trust administration workflows
• Partner on trust technology and systems implementation
• Assist with hiring and building the trust services team as the practice grows

• 7+ years of trust administration experience
• Strong knowledge of fiduciary standards, trust accounting, and tax considerations
• Experience building or scaling trust operations preferred
• Familiarity with Nevada trust law
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• CTFA, CFP, JD, or similar credential strongly preferred
