• Lead the preparation and review of all tax filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Stay on top of tax law changes, conduct research, and advise on compliance updates.
• Support tax planning initiatives to reduce liabilities and enhance financial performance.
• Partner with the finance team to analyze data, prepare reports, and support big‑picture decision‑making.
• Serve as the go‑to expert on tax matters for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage external tax audits and work closely with auditors when needed.
• Keep the firm aligned with current accounting standards and regulatory changes.
• Offer hands‑on support with financial reporting and related functions when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s in Taxation is a plus).
• Active CPA license (required).
• At least 3 years of experience in a tax management or senior tax role.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. tax law, accounting standards, and compliance processes.
• Hands‑on experience with tax prep, planning, and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency with financial and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Clear, confident communication skills, especially when breaking down complex tax topics.
• Great organizational habits and ability to juggle deadlines and prioritize effectively.
• A leadership mindset and a collaborative approach to working with others.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
