We specialize in helping individuals and businesses resolve complex tax issues with professionalism and care. About the Role
As an Enrolled Agent, you'll represent clients before the IRS, prepare tax returns, and develop resolution strategies tailored to each case. You'll be a key player in helping our clients regain financial peace of mind.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in IRS audits, collections, and appeals
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
Develop and execute tax resolution plans (e.g., Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements)
Communicate with clients to gather documentation and explain options
Stay up-to-date on federal and state tax laws
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely case progress
Must-Have Qualifications
Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential
Experience communicating directly with the IRS on behalf of clients
Proven background in preparing individual and business tax returns
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills

Experience with tax resolution software (e.g., Pit Bull Tax , Canopy)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Familiarity with Nevada state tax issues
