The Senior Loan Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for originating and managing residential mortgage loans from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of clients and referral partners, gathering and analyzing borrower financial information, and recommending appropriate loan products. The person in this role will collaborate closely with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure files are complete, compliant, and moving efficiently through the loan process.

The Senior Loan Officer will provide clear, timely communication to clients, explain loan terms and requirements, and uphold high standards of customer service and ethical lending. This role also involves staying current with lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively and support business growth.

• Demonstrated experience as a Loan Officer or Senior Loan Officer, with a strong track record of successful loan origination and client relationship management.
• Solid Finance and underwriting knowledge, including the ability to review income, assets, credit, and collateral to assess borrower eligibility and risk.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly, manage expectations, and maintain a client-focused approach.
• Extensive Loan Origination skills, including familiarity with conventional, FHA, VA, and other common loan programs and related documentation requirements.
• Active NMLS license and any state-specific licenses required for Las Vegas, NV; thorough understanding of federal and state mortgage regulations.
• Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS), CRM tools, and standard office software; ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in a high-volume mortgage environment is preferred; bilingual language skills are a plus.
