As an FP&A Analyst at FIRY, you’ll help shape the forecasts, reporting and insights that drive business decisions as the company scales.

• Own forecast preparation and updates for your assigned accounts or business areas, delivering accurate results on time.
• Analyze financial results and variances, uncover the key drivers, and share actionable insights with finance leadership and business partners.
• Build recurring monthly reporting packages and drive variance analysis during close cycles.
• Maintain your portions of our financial models, keeping them accurate, reliable and easy to follow.
• Test the inputs and assumptions behind forecasts and budgets, catching inconsistencies and risks early.
• Play a key role in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting through data consolidation and analysis.
• Track forecast risks and opportunities in your areas and raise them quickly.
• Improve financial models, reporting and processes to make FP&A more efficient and scalable.
• Document financial processes and build clear supporting analyses so work stays accurate, traceable and continuous.

• Solid foundation in financial statements, forecasting concepts and variance analysis.
• Able to read data, spot trends, and explain financial drivers clearly and logically.
• High bar for data accuracy, formula integrity and reporting precision.
• Takes ownership of your areas and consistently meets deadlines.
• Always looking for ways to make workflows more efficient and clear.
• Explains financial insights concisely to non-finance stakeholders.
• Quickly learns business drivers, systems and FP&A processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related quantitative field.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, consulting or a related analytical role (internships count).
• Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting principles.
• Strong Excel skills (or similar financial modeling tools).
• Hands‑on experience with financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with financial systems or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
