Responsibilities:
- Receive live, pre-screened borrower transfers
- Pre-approve borrowers and determine financing eligibility
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage and home-buying process
- Build strong relationships with borrowers and referral partners
- Recommend loan products based on each client's needs
- Structure mortgage solutions that fit the borrower's financial goals
- Manage the loan process and maintain consistent communication with clients
- Deliver a high level of service while meeting production goals
Qualifications:
- Active MLO/NMLS license required
- Previous Loan Officer experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with borrowers
- Goal-oriented and motivated by production
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Located in Nevada
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday - Friday
Remote to start | Must reside in Nevada
