Banking Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Banking Operations Specialist to join a high-service banking team in Nevada. This position is suited for a detail-oriented banking specialist who can balance client-facing support with operational execution while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and strong service standards. The role works closely with relationship-focused and operational leaders to keep daily banking activity running efficiently and to deliver a seamless experience for internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day banking support activities across client service, operational, and servicing functions to help maintain smooth workflow and timely resolution of requests.
• Execute and support money movement activities, including wire-related tasks, transaction handling, and associated banking service requests with close attention to accuracy and policy adherence.
• Provide operational assistance to relationship-based teams and leadership by organizing requests, following through on service needs, and helping manage competing priorities.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Business Development Officers, Market Executives, and operations personnel to ensure banking needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Deliver a high-touch service experience by responding quickly, communicating clearly, and assisting with issues that require discretion, urgency, and strong follow-up.
• Help identify and resolve day-to-day operational bottlenecks, escalating concerns when needed to support a small team with significant service demand.
• Assist with treasury-related support and general account servicing activities to strengthen overall banking operations and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to branch and transaction-related functions such as deposit support, cash handling, check-related activity, and routine banking assistance when applicable.
