Licensed Barber - Durango

Iced Out Barbershop is hiring a licensed barber for the Durango location in Las Vegas.

This is a full-time contract opportunity for a barber who takes pride in clean work, strong customer service, sanitation, professionalism, and team culture. Barbers may start on commission if that is the best fit, with booth rental available at $300 per week. Iced Out is built on Jackie Starr's standard: show up prepared, keep the shop clean, respect the client, respect the team, and deliver excellence every time.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality cuts, fades, tapers, lineups, beard trims, and detail work.
- Keep tools, station, and shared areas clean and sanitized.
- Show up on time, communicate clearly, and represent the Iced Out brand professionally.
- Provide a respectful, polished client experience.
- Work well around other barbers with cooperation and professionalism.

Requirements:
- Nevada barber license required. Apprentice barber license is acceptable if valid in Nevada.
- Reliable full-time availability.
- Strong customer service and clean station habits.
- Portfolio or examples of recent work preferred.

Compensation:
- Starting on commission is available for the right barber.
- Booth rental option: $300 per week.
- Earning potential: $35-$60 per hour depending on services and clientele.
