Licensed Therapist; Las Vegas

Wandering Pine Wellness is a small group practice based in WA state with locations in Denver and Las Vegas. We are seeking talented clinicians to join our Las Vegas team. Salary: $4700-$6400 monthly | $51,000-$77,000 annually.

* This is a base salary not including benefits. Benefits are estimated at approximately $1200/month.

Summary: This is a W-2 role for fully licensed clinicians with full benefits. A minimum of 21 billable client hours per week is required, with up to 29 sessions possible. You have the flexibility to create your own schedule, working both from home and in-person.

Our ideal candidate is interested in working with adults through individual or relationship therapy, trained in at least one modality (e.g., EMDR, CPT, DBT, ACT, IFS, ERP), and experienced supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients.

A master's degree in behavioral sciences (psychology, social work, counseling psychology, marriage and family therapy) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or CHEA.

Full, unrestricted license to practice therapy in Nevada. Applications from unlicensed candidates will not be considered.

At least two years of experience providing therapy to adults, teens, children, families, or couples.

Thorough training in at least one therapeutic modality such as IFS, EMDR, ERP, EFT, etc.

Experience with evidence-based practices and supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients.

Desire to contribute to a supportive team environment.

Two professional references, if offered a position.

Technologically savvy with the ability to troubleshoot common tech issues, reliable internet, and a cell phone compatible with the Simple Practice app.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in private or group practice is preferred but not required.

Experience using Simple Practice.

Pay: $54-$56 per session, including clinical time ($49-$51) and admin time (.25 hours/session at $20/hr).

Paid admin time for supervision, group consultation, and bonus admin hours.

Additional $2/hr. for sessions outside regular hours (8am-4:30pm).

Monthly CEU stipend: $600/year ($50/month).

Monthly tech stipend: $300/year ($25/month).

Raises at 12, 24, and 36 months of employment.
