Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Come join our growing team and help make a child's life brighter.
Aim Higher ABAProvides in-home and daycare based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer expert assessment and child-centered compassionate care, all scheduled at the family's convenience.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties:- RBTs provide direct 1 on 1 therapy in the home or in community schools.
- Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Data collection and session note submission.
- Maintain respect for clients and protect the wellbeing of clients during treatment sessions.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Health, Dental and Vision Insurance.
- Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour.
Treatment Programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
