Location:
Las Vegas, NV – Friday to Tuesday, 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a licensed Phlebotomist II Float to support a variety of patient centers. The role requires a state phlebotomy license (NHA licenses not accepted in CA, WA, NV). The position offers a dynamic work environment, shift‑based pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Pay range$21.35+ per hour. Eligible for shift differential (10% for some hours on second shift, 15% on third shift). Annual performance bonus may be available.

- Cover assigned territory (Patient Service Center, doctor’s office, or other sites) performing phlebotomy duties.
- Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
- Collect specimens per procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
- Enter billing information and collect payment when required.
- Coach and mentor new employees; serve as point of contact and provide input to group lead or supervisor.
- Travel to additional sites as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
- Three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum two years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
- Customer service experience in retail or service setting preferred.
- Keyboard/data entry skills.
- Effectively communicate in English.
