• Uses InSync electronic medical record system,

Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted with full state license required during assignment (license required if applicable),

• Minimum of one professional reference required,

• Must provide Social Security Number for consideration,

Additional Information

• Virtual interviews are conducted as part of the selection process,

• Returning employees or travelers must have a minimum one-year gap if previously employed in PRN or permanent roles,

• Lunch breaks are auto-deducted if not clocked out,
