Sage Group Health Care  Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses Labor & Delivery for travel/ contract position in Las Vegas, NV. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:

Range $2600 to $2800 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Labor & Delivery

Shift:
12 Hours;
Nights, 7p-7.30a

Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend

• Registered Nurse: 2 years
  - Required
• Labor & Delivery RN experience:
  Recent/Current - 1 year – Required
• Prior Travel / Contract experience – Highly preferred

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
• RN License for State of NV
  - Required
• BLS, ACLS Certification fromAHA
  - Required
• NRP Certification – Required
• AWHONN certification – Highly preferred

• Responsible for providing patient care based upon the nursing process for Labor &Delivery department
• Provides safe, competent nursing carefor patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Department;being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and Evaluation.
• Provide all aspects of Nursing care in Labor and Delivery units.
• Providing direct clinical patient careto both mothers and babies
• Administering medications
• Checking vital signs / fetal monitoring on both mother and infant
• Performing therapeutic and/or diagnostic exams
• Completing paperwork and patient charting.
• Perform other job duties that fall within the scope of L&D as assigned.
