Schedule: 6:45am- 3:45pm

Pay: $17-$22/hr (depending upon exp) + Bonus Opportunities

• Deliver exceptional patient-facing customer service
• Welcome patients and create a positive experience from check-in through check-out
• Keep provider schedules full and optimized
• Handle patient check-in/check-out and EMR documentation
• Confirm insurance and benefits eligibility
• Collect copays and patient balances accurately
  
  Answer incoming calls and assist with patient scheduling
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
• Keep the front office organized, efficient, and professional
• Work closely with the clinical team to support daily clinic operations

• Experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Patient Service Representative, or similar customer-facing role
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and working with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional, friendly, and confident communication
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others

Healthcare experience is a plus, but we will train the right person with the right mindset.
