Occupational Therapist (OT)

Las Vegas, NV | Acute Rehab

Contract | Full-Time | Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Nevada
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
• Experience in an acute rehabilitation or similar clinical setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team-based care models
• Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, or complex medical conditions
