Pharmacy Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead and build the team at a brand-new compounding pharmacy in Las Vegas, NV. This is an exciting direct-hire opportunity for a pharmacist with a strong background in sterile compounding who is ready to help establish pharmacy operations, lead a team, and support future growth. The pharmacy specializes in allergen immunotherapy compounding, with plans to expand into GLP-1 medications.

Direct-Hire

Monday–Friday (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with USP , USP , FDA requirements, and applicable state boards of pharmacy.
• Oversee daily sterile compounding operations, including workflow, personnel, and quality assurance programs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sterile compounding.
• Hire, supervise, train, and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Manage pharmacy inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions.
• Oversee environmental monitoring, validation, and documentation programs.
• Ensure the proper handling, storage, preparation, and dispensing of compounded sterile preparations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure ongoing inspection readiness.
• Support multi-state pharmacy compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy, team development, and future expansion.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Active Nevada pharmacist license required.
• At least 3 years of recent sterile compounding experience required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
• Willingness to obtain a California pharmacist license as required for future operations. California licensing fees will be covered by the employer.
• Additional state licenses are strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.
• Strong knowledge of USP , USP , and sterile compounding regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacy Manager.
• Experience working in a 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy.
• Experience with multi-state pharmacy operations and nonresident pharmacy licensure.
