** About the role
** The Assistant Pool Manager will be based at the Pool. They will assist in overseeing all facets of the outlet. The Assistant Manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service.
** What you will do
** They are also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising and disciplining of the staff. You are also responsible for providing help in other F&B departments or outlets as needed to offer supervision and coverage.
** What you bring
** We are looking for individuals who have strong Food and Beverage experience, a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting.
Applicants are required to have one to two years of previous employment in a related position.  A college degree is preferred.
