** Relief Manager of Restaurants

** The Cosmopolitan**, you will provide critical support to management across all dining outlets, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. Your leadership will help maintain our vibrant atmosphere and uphold the high standards our guests expect. In this role, you’ll engage with guests, understand their needs, and create memorable dining experiences. Whether stepping into a busy quick service outlet or overseeing the floor in an upscale dining room, your adaptability and commitment to hospitality will shine through.
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Provide leadership in the development and monitoring of fiscal budgets, division operations, and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long-term profitability
* Provide leadership and direction in the development, execution and measurement of guest service standards within the division consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
* Establish positive guest relations with all patrons of the restaurant; maintain a rapport with guest and comply with all requests and meet guest expectations to build a positive reputation and return business
* Work closely with the Executive Chef; ensure the guests special culinary requests are met
* Respond to unusual events or circumstances requiring high-level management attention and inform the VP and Executive Director of Food and Beverage of situations requiring his/her attention
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** 2+ years of prior relevant experience in the food and beverage industry
* Some previous management experience preferred
* Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
