Lobby Concierge & Guest Experience Specialist

A leading hospitality venue in Las Vegas is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with directions, promoting hotel amenities, and ensuring guest safety. The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year in guest service or hotel experience, is at least 21 years old, and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
