Pool Attendant - Mandalay Bay

THE JOB:

As a Pool Attendant at Mandalay Bay, you’ll help bring to life one of Las Vegas’ most iconic pool experiences, known for its tropical setting and world-famous wave pool. With your welcoming smile and attentive service, you’ll ensure guests feel relaxed, cared for, and ready to enjoy their day in the sun. By anticipating needs and taking ownership of the guest experience, you’ll create WOW moments and lasting memories that extend far beyond each stay.

$13.00 USD Hourly

• Welcome guests to the pool and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, assisting with seating, or general pool information
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints, exceed guest expectations and provide other supporting services
• Complete opening/closing duties while maintaining the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift, assist with desk and towel duties, maintain the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift including straightening chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, and all other duties
• Provide CPR or first aid if needed and follow emergency protocols
• Participate in pool safety programs, training, and ensure overall guest safety

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred
• Experience as a Pool Guest Attendant or Lifeguard preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
