Oak View Group - Allegiant Stadium [Restaurant Manager] As a Premium Clubs Supervisor at Oak View Group, you'll:
Oversee the setup of food & beverage service areas within clubs based on specific event needs;
Ensure all clubs are set prior to event;
Ensure quality and hospitality throughout all Premium Club areas;
Supervise team members on non-event and event days;
Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments;
Supervise the service of beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages.
