You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $21.00 / Per Hour

• Manage the computerized maintenance management system to prioritize, dispatch, and track maintenance requests while completing required administrative tasks
• Own all service requests in a fast‑paced environment by multitasking effectively, responding promptly, answering or directing incoming calls, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction
• Prioritize guest requests while anticipating needs, acknowledging all guests, and maintaining a high level of service at all times
• Support a positive, team‑oriented work environment and maintain knowledge of hotel and departmental operations
• Maintain awareness of cleanliness, safety, and accident prevention standards

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Six (6) months of prior dispatch experience in hospitality or similar industry preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
