Common Area Attendant / Grounds Team Member at The Berkley Las Vegas

Are you someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean and guest-ready? Our resort is looking for a dependable Common Area Attendant/Grounds Team Member to help maintain beautiful outdoor areas and high-traffic public spaces that make our guests feel at home.

In this role, you'll be hands-on across the property - supporting cleanliness, assisting multiple departments, and ensuring our resort always looks its best.

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Shifts:

AM and PM Shifts available

• Keep public and outdoor areas clean, safe, and guest-ready across the entire resort.
• Maintain pool decks, walkways, parking lots, elevator lobbies, and grounds.
• Empty trash bins, pick up exterior debris, clean ashtrays, and restock pool towels.
• Straighten and maintain pool furniture for a polished appearance.
• Assist with minor tasks including carpet shampooing and basic furniture moves.
• Deliver supplies or assist other departments as needed.
• Pull dumpsters for scheduled pickup.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest needs when acting as a runner.
• Follow all safety guidelines and uphold resort service standards.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer familiarity (Word, Excel) is a plus.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• This role requires constant walking and movement throughout the property.
• Regular bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, and pulling (10-25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs with help).
• Work takes place in both indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to weather and varying activity levels.
