Join the Bellagioteam as a VIP Lounge Manager, where you’ll lead the delivery of elevated, personalized service for an exclusive VIP clientele in a luxury hospitality environment. In this role, you’ll oversee daily lounge operations, develop and lead your team, and ensure exceptional service standards while creating seamless, memorable guest experiences.

Working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, you’ll anticipate guest needs, build meaningful relationships, and inspire your team to create WOW moments that strengthen guest loyalty and leave a lasting impression!

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the VIP Lounge, ensuring service standards, operational procedures, and guest experience expectations are consistently met
• Assume operational responsibility in the absence of the VIP Operations Manager, making informed decisions to maintain operations, achieve departmental goals, and deliver premium VIP service
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate team members through onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, and ongoing development
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning in alignment with Company standards and diversity commitments
• Manage daily staffing, scheduling, payroll administration, inventory, and operating supplies within departmental guidelines and business objectives
• Address and monitor service delivery, guest feedback, staffing levels, and operational performance to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service consistency, and the overall guest experience
• Partner with the VIP Operations Manager and cross-functional departments, including Marketing, Hotel Operations, and Casino Operations, to support VIP events and deliver seamless guest experiences

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in Guest Service, preferably VIP services, Front Desk and/or Concierge
• One (1) year of Supervisory/ Managerial experience in Hotel Operations or Casino Marketing
• Previous experience working for a Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond Resort preferred
