BARTENDER

Amara is a new private golf and social club in Las Vegas, designed as a refined retreat for members, their families, and their guests. Every detail of the employee, member, and guest experience is being built with purpose, care, warmth, and restraint.

The Bartender will bring the Amara experience to life by delivering thoughtful dining experiences through attentive, personalized service that makes every resident, member, and guest feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Management team, Culinary team, Bartenders, Servers, and Hosts, you will anticipate member needs, recognize individual preferences, execute refined food and beverage service, and create memorable dining experiences through exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and meaningful relationships.

Through your professionalism, menu and beverage knowledge, and commitment to service excellence, you will help create exceptional dining and social experiences that strengthen members' connection to the Club while ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and elevated hospitality that define Amara Golf & Social Club.

• Two (2) or more years of bartending experience within fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, or other hospitality-focused environments preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine service, premium spirits, responsible alcohol service, and beverage presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships while providing warm, attentive, and professional hospitality.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy, composure, and exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness, inventory management, product quality, and bar presentation.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain required certifications in accordance with state and local regulations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced high-touch environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
